you mean the non-deleted revision history, what you're looking for is
generally in the *pages-meta-history.xml.7z files.
For the English Wikipedia I'm not sure the single combined file gets
generated any more, or if it does it may take a long time. Check the
various *enwiki-*-pages-meta-history*.xml-*.7z files (or the bz2 variant
if you prefer) in e.g.
https://ftp.acc.umu.se/mirror/wikimedia.org/dumps/enwiki/20231101/

a similar data dump exists for Wikidata edits,
Do you have a specific data format in mind? Wikidata has some extra stuff.
