Since there seems to be a lot of interest in this area, I
will volunteer to set up a listserve for this purpose,
if interested. I worked on a project a few years back
on Abnormal Situation Management and how to include
XML into the process.
If anyone is interested in me setting a listserve
up, please let me know.
