You can view a well-formed XML document (one with the suffix .xml) with IE
5.0 just by loading it into the browser, just as you do with an HTML
file. You can also download a parser with more features from the Microsoft
site at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/xml/c-frame.htm?/xml/demos/default.asp .
