Hi Kenneth,
I can confirm that DocBook 4.3 is finished, and the DocBook Technical
Committee is now working on 4.4 and 5.0.

I learned that OASIS has changed its process, and no longer allows the
DocBook TC to designate a release as a "Committee Specification".  That is
why 4.3 still says Draft.  I'm bringing this concern to the next TC meeting.

But XMLMind should go ahead with supporting 4.3.
