- Some way of running a macro automatically on file open/file save. I know that it's possible to do this by programming in Java, but I'd like to avoid doing that. It's also a common thing in many applications with macro languages - the usual technique is to reserve a set of macro names for the purpose: if you create a macro called XXEOpenDocument, for example, then it will be run every time a document is opened.
