* XMLmind XML Editor Personal Edition has *exactly* the same APIs as
Professional Edition.

These APIs are public. See
http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/api/overview-summary.html
See also http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/dev/index.html

* Moreover you can temporarily transform Personal Edition into a
Professional Edition simply by downloading an evaluation key. See
http://www.xmlmind.com:8080/eval_key/generate_key

Feel free to download and install evaluation keys as many times as you want.

* If, by "APIs support", you mean that we'll not answer your technical
questions because you are not a customer yet. Well, in principle, that's
right. But see below.

Sorry but we do not rent software. Here's what I suggest:

[1] Tell you developer to use "Personal Edition".

[2] If needed to (for example, to test conversion to PDF), she/he can
temporarily turn it to a "Professional Edition" by downloading and
installing an evaluation key.

[3] If, for any reason, [1] and [2] proves to be inconvenient, you may
consider purchasing a single license of "Professional Edition" (USD300).

[4] If your developer has technical questions, I'll try to answer them
(mailto:hussein at xmlmind.com). You don't even need to purchase anything
from us to get this kind of advanced support.
