Sorry but I cannot reproduce the problem. --> Please test this with JPEG images coming from different sources. If the problem happens only for some JPEG images and not for the others, then the problem is specific to your images. --> Please test this with PNG or GIF images. If PNG and GIF images are also displayed as thumbnails, then you have a configuration problem (corrupted file or hidden, ancient, customization of yours which gets in the way). In such case, please uninstall XXE and delete your user preferences directory (e.g. %APPDATA%\XMLmind\XMLEditor4\ on Windows 2000, XP, Vista) and then reinstall XXE.
