[XXE] Docbook 5 validation issues.

Hi all,
I'm seeing some interesting behavoir with the Docbook 5 config. Essentially, 
it's allowing me to insert admonishments (notes, warnings, cautions,etc.) into 
table entry elements and then immediately flagging the inserted elements as 
errors. I've loaded the RELAX NG schema used by XMLmind into another validating 
editor, which exhibits the correct behavoir (i.e. allows the elments to be 
inserted and validates them). Is this a known issue?
