I'm sorry but there is no way to apply the "Filter duplicate IDs" option 
when severe validity errors have been found in the document.

I did all that because you sent me your document, and I've found nothing 
that can be fixed in XXE.

[1] XXE reported an Inclusion error which I fixed using XXE.

I assumed that in your working environment there was actually a 
"../../variables.ebk" file, so I didn't mention this problem.

[2] Then XXE reported an validity error about the listitem (red icon at 
the bottom left of the window) which I fixed using XXE.

[3] The ``false'' duplicate ID error then automatically disappeared.
