After further debugging, I am able to use the cutom XSL
(ModuleDoc-2-PDF.xsl) if I replace the following line in it:
<xsl:import href="xxe-config:docbook5/xsl/fo/docbook.xsl"/>
by
<xsl:import href="xxe-config:docbook/xsl/fo/docbook.xsl"/>

"Please note that this level of support is reserved to the customers of
XMLmind XML Editor. See
http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/support.html#xmleditor_support_policy "

Thank you. However, please note, I am evaluating the XXE so that we can
be the future customers of XMLMind.
