Yes, the problem is caused by obsolete add-ons installed in "C:\Documents and Settings\jgibb\Application Data\XMLmind\XMLEditor\addon\" I strongly encourage you: [1] To quit XXE. [2] To delete the whole "C:\Documents and Settings\jgibb\Application Data\XMLmind\" directory. This is brutal but at least you'll be sure that everything will be 100% clean from now. [3] To restart XXE. [4] To use "Options|Preferences" to specify your preferences (e.g. the encoding of save files). [5] To use "Options|Install Add-ons" to install the add-ons you really need (and not *all* add-ons).
