There is currently no option to do this and I don't see this parameter in the ``hints file'' of the dictionaries used by XMLmind Spell Checker (http://www.xmlmind.com/_dictbuilder/doc/hints_file.html). Therefore I suspect that this would require modifying the spell checker engine. However we do not intend to do it because we suspect that it may cause more harm than good (given the way the dictionaries are currently built).
