Then the problem comes from the DocBook XSL stylesheets v1.75.1 or from the way we have bundled this software with XXE. Only the last two versions, v4.5.1 and v4.5, are. In practice, this means that in case of a problem, you'll be invited to upgrade the very latest version (which cannot help in your specific case).
