I'm building a training manual where each chapter is a lesson. I'd like to change "Chapter" to "Lesson" in the pdf file produced by "Convert Document". In this document, every autogenerated "Chapter" should be "Lesson"; that is, no mixture of chapters and lessons.
I searched (in the XMLmind_XML_Editor\addon\config\docbook\xsl\fo folder) for a mapping of the chapter element to the string "Chapter" but was unsuccessful.
