My answer assumes that you and your colleagues all use our stock DITA configurations. If this not the case, then sorry but I cannot help you. If this is the case, please tell your colleague to send me one of the DITA topics causing this problem and also tell her/him to send me (mailto:[email protected]) a capture of her/his working environment.
