It looks like the wish list is no longer available. The XXE support
page[0] indicates that the wish list should be available at
<http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/wish_list.html>, but that link is
broken. Could this be restored?
In case anyone's interested, the item I was interested in tracking
down is the status of drag and drop support for elements in XXE. The
particular use case that just struck me is fast reordering of
bibliography entries in DocBook.
