Hello, We've been experiencing this issue from time to time, while doing our tests: XXE suddenly stopped to work, although it remained active: one could navigate into the document. I have finally managed to catch the error log which you will find below. This error happened after many edits in a new DocBookV5 document, while inserting an image, even though many images had been inserted previously.
Any idea?
