Mr. Shafie,
It seems that the generic link selector (i.e. Select Link menu or
toolbar buttons) has problems to follow links in some circumstances.
Here is what used to work with the former link ('Go to Opposite Link' )
tool (e.g. in XXE 4.8.0) and that does not work anymore with XXE 4.9:
We open a DocBook v4.5 document, and select an *<xref>* element; it's
*@linkend* attribute points to a *<section>* element (that is, its *@id*
attribute) which is inserted as a reference in the master document
(using *XInclude*).
In XXE 4.8 => The link tools works and brings us to the included section
(reference) and back
In XXE 4.9 => Nothing happens
It works OK in XXE 4.9 if *@linkend* points to an internal *<section>*
instead of a *<section>* inserted by reference.
Did we miss something ?
