Using the dialog box displayed by "Options|Customize 
Configuration|Change Document Conversion Parameters".

1) Select the group of parameters called "Convert to RTF, WordprocessingML, 
OOXML, OpenDocument".

2) Add parameter:

body.font.master

with value:

14

("14", if, for example, you want the converted document to have a 14pt base 
font size.)
