It's the last version of the DocBook DTD, which is v4.5.
Starting from v5, DocBook uses a RELAX NG schema, not a DTD.
DocBook v5 and DocBook v4.x are not compatible, while DocBook v4.1.2,
v4.2, v4.3, v4.4 are all compatible with DocBook v4.5. More information
