XMLmind XML Editor v11.1 (March 2, 2026): Highlights:
- New XMLmind XML Editor Web Edition^1 version 1.8. See changes^2.
- The "Paste from Word Processor or Browser" add-on can now, in addition
to HTML, also import Markdown.
- Minor bug fixes and, more generally, better support of "data:" URLs.
For example, added an "Embed as a "data:" URL" radio button to the "Set
Image" dialog box.
- The native file chooser user preference is now supported on Linux too.
Moreover when the "FlatLaf Look and Feel" add-on is installed, a more
capable native file chooser is displayed.
- New "WebP Support" add-on, installed by default, adds support for the
WebP image file format.
- Updated several software components. Several bug fixes too.
