XML-RPC 2.0.1 test distribution

you find the files for the proposed 2.0.1 distribution of Apache XML-RPC.

As these files aren't created with Maven 1, but with Maven 2, I'd be 
thankful, if some people could download these files and verify them. If 
I do not hear any problem reports in the next week, I'll tag the SVN and 
create the official release files.
