I'm attaching a patch to support the writing of various x509 data elements.

Verify new signature Fail (1)
1 passes but there is an error msg in the output - a bug is already open for
this problem.
2 fails because, again, it depends on an NSS RFE. I've updated the
src/nss/README file.
3 fails because 2 fails.
I've verified that 2 & 3 pass if I remove the issuerserial node from the template.
