Hello!
I'm writin you because I would like to know if it is possible to
compile xmlsec on my own with Microsoft Visual C++ since I would like to
make a program to work with windows 98, windows nt, xp and so on.
Besides I would like to use the Microsoft CryptoAPI.
I saw that there are some binaries that work with the operating systems
based on the NT-kernel, however the windows 98 is not based on NT. That
it is the reason because I would like to compile the source on my own.
Could you tell me what steps I should follow to get it?
