I read this problem in using the
RecursiveElementNameAndTextQualifier on this thread:

I am facing exactly the same problem that is the
RecursiveElementNameAndTextQualifier is unable to compare similar elements
in different order and with attribute and text values.
As per Stefan Bodewig, the xmlunit version at that time was unable to
resolve that issue.
So my question is, If someone has managed to resolve the problem or does it
still persist?
I am using the latest xmlunit 1.3 released version.
