I haven't actually checked (lazy), but it sounds like our Ruby tutorial
is behind xmms2-devel. You are getting the value directly into res. I
believe this happens now after the result/value split, since we don't
need the result inside the callback anymore. Again, I'm too lazy to
confirm this, maybe someone (Tilman) can confirm this. *cough*
