According to the schedule posted on http://www.x.org/wiki/Server19Branch we are now 10 days from the release of Xorg-server 1.9.
Looking through the modules with changes in git since their last release, it looks like releases should happen in the next week or two for these if they should go out with Xorg-server 1.9: glproto: Adam Jackson (1): Remove structure tag for xGLXHyperpipeConfigSGIXReq Ian Romanick (1): Update tokens for GLX_INTEL_swap_event to match final version of spec Luc Verhaegen (1): Sync glcore.h with mesa HEAD. kbproto: Dirk Wallenstein (1): Use the correct value for XkbAllAccessXEventsMask renderproto: Sami Farin (1): Bug 12578 - renderproto-0.9.3: render.h does not compile videoproto: Luc Verhaegen (1): vldXvMC.h: stop uselessly including XvMClib.h. x11proto: Alan Coopersmith (1): Add Sun cc 5.9 & later to compilers supporting noreturn attribute xextproto: Aaron Plattner (1): XGE: Don't reserve an extension event. I've not checked the protocols to see if any of the changes only affect the client side and not the server.) While there's lots of other proto & driver modules with outstanding changes, they appear from the git log messages to be configure or doc related and shouldn't affect the X server or driver builds as much. (We should still get them out, just don't necessarily need to push to do it in the next week. If your driver is one of those, and you're ready to release, please go ahead.) -- -Alan Coopersmith- alan.coopersm...@oracle.com Oracle Solaris Platform Engineering: X Window System _______________________________________________ xorg-devel@lists.x.org: X.Org development Archives: http://lists.x.org/archives/xorg-devel Info: http://lists.x.org/mailman/listinfo/xorg-devel
