They'll need to be on the master branch of the resourceproto repository,
with a suitable version number and that version number will need to be
in xserver/configure.ac so that the build will break at configure time
if the right bits aren't installed.

And, the resourceproto bits will need to be released fairly soon so that
we don't end up with an X server release that depends on unreleased bits.

Here is the resourceproto pull. I had actually forgotten about this dependency, of course this needs to be the first bit to integrate, not the server.

I adjusted the version number in its configure.ac and the same is also changed in xorg/xserver configure.ac, requiring version >= 1.2.0.

The new resourceproto should be tagged as resourceproto-1.2.0 as well.
