This series cleans up the event queuing process a little bit. Previously each caller had to get the event list, use it to get the events and then enqueue the events one-by-one. This can obviously be shortened, in addition to the actual removal of the EventListRec type (which is obsolete since 1.7).
Please give this a quick run on xquartz/xwin since they're the most likely ones to have issues.
