Hi Gaetan, Alan, and anyone else interested. Here's a patch that shows all 3 parts of this change that I'm making to all the docs. I could probably split #3 into its own patch if preferred. There are many more patches after this that do exatly the same thing to the other repos and xml files.
#1 - fix the capitolization of the ID attriutes to match either the <title> or <funcdef> string it goes with. #2 - fix any <linkend>'s that were affected by #1 #3 - any <function> in the docs that has an actual funcdef, will become an olink.
