http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/C-Extensions.html The page behind the "conditionals" link does not mention any standard which includes this extension (unlike, for example, the "C++ comments" or "long long" links, which mention that they were adopted by C99). I've also checked the final draft of the C11 spec, and it doesn't appear to mention anything about omitting the middle term. I'm not the best at reading this style of standardese, though, so you might want to double check: http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg14/www/docs/n1570.pdf Peter Harris -- Open Text Connectivity Solutions Group Peter Harris http://connectivity.opentext.com/ Research and Development Phone: +1 905 762 6001 phar...@opentext.com Toll Free: 1 877 359 4866 _______________________________________________ xorg-devel@lists.x.org: X.Org development Archives: http://lists.x.org/archives/xorg-devel Info: http://lists.x.org/mailman/listinfo/xorg-devel
