The other thing I noticed was that glamor doesn't seem to respect
--disable-xv, but I am less sure about how to fix that...
Should we even be supporting --disable-xv in the server? Does anyone
ship a server without it?
I only noticed because --disable-xv is forced when building XWin at the
moment. But I don't think there's any particularly good reason for
doing that rather than allowing it and just reporting 0 adaptors.
