It is just using ci-fairy, it's not that much different, just probably overkill
for that use though.
The difference is the others you just edit .gitlab-CI.yml directly instead of
running ci-fairy locally to generate it from other template files. I've not
seen ci-fairy used like that in other Xorg repos.
