Don't the the WAIT_UNTIL_CRTC_VLINE, WAIT_UNTIL_FE_CRTC_VLINE, WAIT_UNTIL_RE_CRTC_VLINE conditions only work correctly when the CRTC_GUI_TRIG_VLINE register is configured appropriately?
