Hey folks, Unfortunately, nothing works. The current live cd (from today) still does not work, and the alternate cd (also from today) tells me it "can't read files from the cd", so the installation can't be completed. All of this tests were done with amd64 images btw... Would it be useful to try with 32bit images as well, just to see what happens?
