libXext 1.0.99.2 cannot build with installed xextproto 7.0.99.1 due to
lack of headers that was renamed/moved.
eg:
DPMS.c:41:36: error: X11/extensions/dpmsstr.h: No such file or directory
or:
XMultibuf.c:39:39: error: X11/extensions/multibufst.h: No such file or
directory
can you fix this and test?

Following the xextproto cleanup, the client-side header files previouly in
xextproto have now moved to libXext. This is the first pre-release with the
moved header files, please verify that applications still build. Clients
should not be affected by this move.
