Long overdue, another release of evdev 2.2. Expect this to be the last 2.2 release unless some grave issues are discovered.
Note that this release will not compile against current git, it is a release
for X servers 1.6 and earlier only. The changes required to work against
current git are to large for a stable branch (especially since master hasn't
settled down yet and more ABI breakages may follow).

Don't register middle mouse button emulation handlers for keyboards.
If a device fails to initialize relative axes, init the abs. axes instead.
Evdev doesn't require inputproto.
