The XI 2.2 (multitouch) protocol spec is now merged into master, so here's a new snapshot after the merge. Most of these commits were part of XI 2.1, the announce generator is a bit naïve.
No functional changes in the input protocol since 2.1.99.3. The protocol
does not require any configure flags or defines anymore.
One bugfix: the dropped libXi version defines are reinstated so this version
should work with older versions of libXi.
