Hello,

I have a Logitech G500 and the scroll/tilt wheel has stopped working in
a number of games if the mouse is moving, hold the mouse still and it
works fine. All the mouse buttons including the wheel button work fine.

"xinput test" doesn't detect any mouse button events but does detect
movement and scroll/tilt events and both at the same time. "xinput test-xi2" and xev detect all movement, buttons and scroll/tilt.

Enemy Territory, ETQW, Doom 3, Quake 4, Urban Terror, Darwinia and Defcon all have this problem (probably some others out there too). Testing xonotic 0.6, no problem with xonotic-glx but it was present in xonotic-sdl.

I'm on Arch Linux 64bit, here's a bit of the log from the upgrade that
caused this:

upgraded glproto (1.4.14-1 -> 1.4.15-1)
upgraded inputproto (2.0.2-1 -> 2.2-1)
