Hi Amy,

I am not aware of any alternative licensing from Xorg project. Maybe others will chime in.

However, I would suggest you ask a lawyer to review the actual text of these licenses - they are fairly permissive towards commercial use. In particular, I think you might be confusing GPL license with MIT license.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Amy from TCL Communication. We are in the process of developing a
commercial, proprietary software product and are considering integrating
the [libx11,libxau,libxdmcp] software into our solution.

We understand that libx11,libxau,libxdmcp] is currently released under the MIT &
BSD-1-Clause & HPND & HPND-sell-variant & ISC ,MIT] license. We would like to
inquire if your
project offers alternative licensing arrangements for commercial use, such as a
commercial, proprietary license that would allow us to integrate the component
without the
obligation to release our source code.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks

Regards

Amy
