Another vote to move to git.

A lot of people scratching their own itches on the Xournal codebase 
here. If you think our time is better spent improving Xournal++, start 
the mainline and we'll scratch our itches with forks (we're doing that 
now anyway), and hopefully of those itches will include bugfixes in the 
mainline. Everybody is happy!
