Ok then - I was just asking because I thought I may have missed something. Of course, this composite_sync thing is not a problem at all - it works with all of my monitors except for this Compaq thing I received used some time back (it's called QVision 172 I think and I thought it wasn't actually an expensive or old unit, so I originally expected it to support either DDC or composite_sync ;-) Anyway, it's fine the way it is, a sinle line in the configuation file makes the problem go away for good ;-) Greetings Nils -- Nils Holland Ti Systems - FreeBSD in Tiddische, Germany http://www.tisys.org * [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Xpert mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/xpert
