Hello, I am running RH Linux 7.2 on an Asus B1 laptop which has a Savage4 graphics card. I've tried to run xgamma (or even add a "Gamma" line in the Monitor section in XF86Config), but the display does not change at all. I've also tried "vga" and "savage" as the driver in the Device section of XF86Config, but it still doesn't work. The problem is that the display is quite bright and I have already turned the brightness all its way down, but it is still very bright, which doesn't allow me to work. Can anyone help me?
