Thanks, I will check out the last couple of threads.  Do you know off hand
how the flags should be set?

   There was a thread on this a few days ago.  The conclusion was
that the S3 driver sets its RAC flags incorrectly and subsequently 
doesn't work in multihead environments.  The fix may merely be a 
matter of updating the flags in the driver.
