Hello,

Does anyone know how to set up a Radeon 9000 Pro card? It uses the ATI
R250 chip which, apparently, should work at least 2D under linux. Unless I
used "vesa" I can't use it at all. Here are some relevant lines from the
log file:

(II) ATI: ATI driver (version 6.4.8) for chipsets: ati, ativga

(II) ATI: Candidate "Device" section "Radeon".
(WW) ATI: PCI/AGP Mach64 in slot 1:0:0 could not be detected!

This is after installing the latest dri drivers under 4.2.1. Also, I have
a VIA based mb & Athlon XP running 2.4.19. Could anyone give some pointers?

Thanks!
