Hi, I wonder wether it is possible to obtain image data off the overlay buffer in an application. The data is written using the Xv-extension XvPutStill and I need to save the still image as a bitmap. When I try to read the widget contents, it only returns the background filled with the colorkey. Is there a way to read the image data, or do I have to extend the xv-extension?
