I posted a message before subscribing that was held for moderator approval.
Should I resend it or will the moderators eventually approve it?

My experience was, it will be approved, but may take several
days. I posted a message, resent after it didn't appear,
waited another couple of days, resent again, etc. Then
three or four nearly identical copies of my post appeared
all at once. Don't let this happen to you. (I subscribe
now.)
