[Xpert]TFT Problem

Hello! I tried searching the archives (couldn't find 'em) and posting to the newbie list, but no luck. Is there a known issue with TFT Displays? I have a Dell C600 laptop and xf86config will recognize the card exactly right. But when I try to start X, it returns "No Valid Modes Found" and consequently "No Screen Found." I'm running 4.2.0. The card is an ATI Mobility M3 - R128 driver.
