This line automatically generates the PSF info:
> protocol.loadPDB("2dau.pdb")
The fact it is DNA should be automatically detected.
You don't want to try to do it again:
> psfGen.pdbToPSF("2dau.pdb")
or you get errors:
> %SEGMNT-ERR: attempt to enter duplicate residue A 1 CYT
