Dear all,
I know that the latest version of XPLOR-NIH package installation is
verified in Ubuntu 16.04.2 but as I have already updated mu OS to 16.04.3,
I need your extreme support. The problem is as detailed below:
After downloading and unzipping using following commands
cp xplor-nih-2.47-db.tar.gz /opt/
cp xplor-nih-2.47-Linux_x86_64.tar.gz /opt/
tar pzxvf xplor-nih-2.47-Linux_x86_64.tar.gz
tar pzxvf xplor-nih-2.47-db.tar.gz
cd /opt/xplor-nih-2.47/
./configure -symlinks ~/bin
Then I got following error
/bin/bash: /opt/xplor-nih-2.47/bin.Linux_x86_64/libtinfo.so.5: no version
information available (required by /bin/bash)
/bin/bash: /opt/xplor-nih-2.47/bin.Linux_x86_64/libtinfo.so.5: no version
information available (required by /bin/bash)

>From some sites I got a clue that I need to include some lines in
arch/equivList
But I don't know what I have to include.
